1. What inspired the new design?

I had decided to go with a change for a while, but the conversion into an LLC marked a great time to give the site a much needed face lift. While the site is new, the old design just never seemed to fit the style I wanted, however I did enjoy it. I really liked the logo a lot, but It was too much after a while. The new look focused more on legibility against a white background while still haveing a contrast with the dark logo. My business cards have the black front and white back, so the web site compliments this as well.

2. What is an LLC?

An LLC or a Limited Liability Company is like a corporation, an LLC is a separate and distinct legal entity. This means that an LLC can obtain a tax identification number, open a bank account and do business, all under its own name. The primary advantage of an LLC is that its owners, known as members, are not personally liable for the debts and liabilities of the LLC. For example, if an LLC loses a big lawsuit and is forced into bankruptcy, the members will not be required to make up the difference with their own money. If the assets of the LLC are not enough to cover the debts and liabilities, the creditors cannot look to the members, managers or officers for recovery.

3. I liked the old logo. Why the change and what does the new one mean?

I liked it too, a lot actually. But with the conversion to an LLC, I decided I should come up with something that went with the company and embodied what I wanted from it. Multi-Designs is just what the name implies. It is a company that is made up of many different areas: web, print, and multi-media. They are areas that I focus in as well as provide as services. I have always been proud to offer such a variety under one company and feel that it really helps the client reach the best they can be by going through one source to make their design dreams a reality.

4. A link doesn't work, what's up with that?
